Tony has extensive and varied experience in electrical automation engineering thanks to working in this field for over 30 years. His knowledge covers a range of electrical systems such as power management, reticulation, industrial processes, high-speed production, and refrigeration facilities.
His roles have included all aspects of electrical design throughout the process, starting from the initial control scope definition and functional description for projects that include IoT, SCADA, GUI development, and PLC programming and commissioning. Tony also has extensive project management experience working with several subcontractors to achieve an integrated solution for the client. Tony ran a successful electrical design and automation company for over 20 years, and we are glad to be able to use his experience now, working for McKay.
